Travel: 5 Countries To Visit In Africa And Why

With over 54 countries and counting in Africa, there’s a lot to do, many attractions to visit and a lot to do. From rivers to zoos, to waterfalls and animal reserves, there is so much to do.

1. Zimbabwe and ZambiaThere’s very little chance that you’ve not heard about the Victoria Falls, the largest waterfall in the world. The experience here is needless to say, thrilling. There’s also the Zambezi river full of crocodiles, but you can also go water-rafting, if you dare.

Then there are the national parks and well managed safaris where you can go fishing and canoeing.

2. NamibiaHere, you can be stop some of the highest and coolest sand dunes the world has to offer. There is also to the option of riding in a hot hair ballon over then and just basking in the scenery.

3. South AfricaSouth AfricaIf you’re looking for a juxtaposition of European and African element, then this should be your location. From fantastic safari zones to private game reserves, mountains and rivers, you can’t get enough of a day’s tour.

4. EgyptEgypt has long been regarded as the cradle of Western civilization, and if that’s not enough reason to visit, then the Nile River and the pyramids should do the trick.

There’s also the Egyptian Museum of Antiques, in which lies artifacts from Tutankhamun’s tomb, then there’s the Aswan Island. You can’t go wrong in this North African country.
