Real Madrid are currently making plans to submit an official bid for Chelsea defender, David Luiz, in the January transfer window.
The former PSG defender was dropped earlier this month by the Italian manager, when Conte felt his authority had been questioned after Chelsea’s 3-0 defeat against Roma.
Luiz felt he was unfairly singled out by Conte for his role in the rebellion and he was reportedly ordered to train with the club’s youth team. Luiz’s long absence from the starting eleven has alerted the Spanish giants, with the Brazilian understood to be considering his transfer options.
Luiz returned to Stamford Bridge at the beginning of last season after a two-year spell at Paris Saint Germain and was named in the PFA Team of the Year as the blues cruised their way to the league title.
