Lagos state may be on a lockdown but the people in the are still moving about with one thing or another to do. In the early hours of today a photo was shared on Twitter of the third mainland bridge and heavy traffic was spotted on the bridge.
The photo has however been met with mixed reactions from a lot of social media users who are wondering where the people on the bridge are off to. A lot of reactions have trailed the video with people calling the government to put in more strict measures to ensure the lockdown order are followed strictly.
