Tottenham1 Arsenal 1: Kane Saves Pochettino’s Blushes And Prevents A 3rd Consecutive Defeat

The game ended in a 1 all draw, Arsenal took the lead on the 16 minutes through Aaron Ramsey after a mix up between Lloris and Davidson Sanchez. Arsenal in after the 1st half leading, and came out for the 2nd half confident they had defended against Harry Kane well forcing him to go deep and pick up the ball, He drops back to collect a pass before brilliantly finding Kieran Trippier in space on the right. His cross for Son Heung-min in the box is hopeless though and the danger passes. A few groans from the Spurs fans, perhaps still a little aggrieved with the defender’s dreadful own goal against Chelsea on Wednesday. Alexander Lacazette should have doubled Arsenal’s lead in the 52mins where he stabbed the ball wide with open goal at his mercy after great work down the wing by iwobi and Nacho Monreal, Lacazette Was substituted and replaced by Aubameyang around the 56th mins after he had picked up a Knock. Arsenal seemed confident to run out has winners has Tottenham seemed out of ideas, they looked completely out of their depths Emery made his third substitution around the 72minute when he replaced goalscorer Aaron Ramsey with Mesut Ozil.

Then out of nothing, Tottenham Won a free kick on the left side of the pitch  Eriksen sent in a cross and Harry Kane seemed to be in an Offside Position, Kane is offside but it’s ignored and that leads to Shkodran Mustafi stupidly pushing him over inside the box a penalty is given, It is barely deserved but Tottenham have made the most of Arsenal’s gift of a penalty kick, as Harry Kane sends Leno the wrong way from 12 yards. With just a minute to play and here is another reason there is one more goal in this – Spurs have not drawn a Premier League game all season; They either lose or win, A Soft penalty, but it’s just enough as Davinson Sanchez trips Aubameyang inside the box, Another penalty Aubameyang steps up and fires his spot-kick to his left but Lloris gets down fast to his right and saves Aubameyang’s spot-kick. The game ends in a draw and favours Man Utd more if they beat Struggling Southampton at Old Trafford…Photo Credit:Getty
