Tottenham FC has been named the most valuable club in the English Premier League, ahead of clubs such as Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea.
In a research presented by the University of Liverpool Management School, Tottenham made top place based on its salary payments and business model.
The research also says that the club has an overall club value of £2.567billion which is based on its ‘highly regimented and generally low wage system, along with a highly commercial stadium with continuous earning potential.’

However, the club is yet to win any significant trophy.
