Together Forever! Joachim Low Extends His Contract With Germany


Germany national team coach, Joachim Low has extended his contract as the national team manager till 2022.
The country’s football association announced Low’s extension on Tuesday, while also disclosing that the national team director, Oliver Bierhoff, also extended his contract.
The 58-year-old manager, who has been at the helm of German football affairs since 2006, has signed a two-year extension to take him through to the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

Reinhard Grindel, the president of the German Football Federation, confirmed the news while announcing Germany’s World Cup squad for the 2018 World Cup tournament.
Confirming the new contract, Low said: “We want to thank you for the trust placed in us, which is also an obligation to establish ourselves amongst the best in the world.”
