A mild commotion took place yesterday afternoon, at Millennium Estate, Lekki, Lagos, as some thugs who are allegedly attached to the new Oniru of Iruland, as his security men assaulted Tijani Oniru, son of the Late Oniru Oba Idowu Abiodun Oniru, brother of popular OAP Toolz Oniru-Demuren.
According to reports, the reason for the attack on Tijani Oniru is connected to the properties left behind by the late Oba for his children. In the video, it could be heard from one of the boys alleging Tijani slapped him first, which led to them also retaliating during the brawl another of the young men could also be heard saying the ex-prince started it first. Tijani was slapped beaten and chased out of the estate.
“The boys saw Tijani Oniru walking into the estate and accosted him. They requested that he returned the properties his late father gave him to the new Oniru of Iruland. But for the timely intervention of the estate’s security personnel, he’d have been beaten to a pulp by the boys,” a source said.
