Following the heartbreaks upon disappointments that the lovers of the club get from time to time, Nigerian actor and humour figure Okon Lagos has described being an Arsenal fan as being in an abusive relationship.
The Islington, London, England-based Arsenal is a major club in the Premier League, the top flight of English football but keeps getting whipped from time to time. Recently, it suffered 6, 5, 2, 2 and 1 to nil losses from West Brom, Man City, Chelsea, Brentford and Tottenham respectively in quick succession.
Taking to his Instagram page to react to the club which may pass as the most-beaten and most disappointing parader of old top 4 glory, Okon Lagos asked what it means to be putting up with a toxic and abusive relationship, and then asserted that it means being a fan of the club.
