In the midst of Nigerians’ reaction to APC’s erected Giant Broom at Unity Park, Abuja, Former Minister of Aviations, Femi Fani Kayode cries out that the broom is a symbol of witchcraft.
He took to his microblogging site Twitter to share his opinion about the gigantic symbol of the ruling Party, APC, saying APC is evoking dark forces so they can stay in power.
He wrote: “They have erected a giant broom at Unity Park near Transcorps Hilton in the centre of Abuja and another one directly in front of the city gate.The broom is the symbol of the ruling APC and a symbol of witchcraft.They are invoking dark forces to stay in power but they will fail”.
This has led to mixed reactions from other twitter users. While some slam the Former Minister, saying the structure does not have any connection with spirituality, some accused him of being an occult to have given such interpretation to the structure, and yet some others support his opinion and prayed against any form of evil spirit ruling Nigeria.
PDP Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar also followed suit and tweeted “Buhari and his APC broom should also invite their king the devil but failure is their name.”
