We Don't Have COVID-19 Case - Kogi Rejects NCDC's Result
Kogi State Govenrnment has rejected the new results the Nigeria Center for Disease Center NCDC which reveals that 2 cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in the state.
The NCDC released the results yesterday, claiming that 389 new cases have been recorded across the country, two of which are found in the State. This states that COVID-19 has spread to all 36 states of the nation.We Don't Have COVID-19 Case - Kogi Rejects NCDC's ResultThe State Commissioner of Health, Saka Haruna Audu, however, in a statement released this morning falsified the results, saying that the state is COVID-19 free till the time of the statement release. According to him, the state government had developed full testing capacity and conducted hundreds of tests which all came back negative.

Kogi State till this very moment is Covid-19 free. We have developed full testing capacity and have conducted hundreds of tests so far which have come back negative. We have also continued to insist that we will not be a party to any fictitious COVID-19 claims which is why we do not recognise any COVID-19 test conducted by any Kogite outside the boundaries of the State except those initiated by us.
