The Weeknd Files A Lawsuit Against A Mystery Man Who Is Trying To Trademark “StarBoy”

Popular R&B singer, The Weeknd, stunned the entertainment industry by filing a lawsuit against a mystery man who is allegedly trying to steal the trademark phrase of his album “Starboy”.
The Weeknd, who released his third studio album “Starboy” two-years ago, which also included a Daft Punk collaboration of the same trademark phrase, “Starboy”. The hit single, reached number one in the United States and number two in the United Kingdom.
According to TMZ, The Weeknd filed a motion against Eymun Talasazan, who was allegedly trying to trademark ‘Starboy’ for use on TV projects and comic books. Documents revealed that The Weeknd also accused Talasazan of capitalizing on celebrity and success.
