Nollywood actress and wife of singer turn politician Adesua Etomi Wellington says she is very selective of what she directs her energy to lately. 
Adesuwa Etomi shared a post where she declared that not everyone or every topic deserves her energy, that the older she’s got the quieter she’s become.
While also adding that she stays quiet not because she doesn’t have a reply or can’t reply but rather it simply because not everyone/every topic deserves her energy.
She wrote, “The older I’ve gotten, the quieter I’ve become. Not for lack of what to say but from the realisation that not everyone/every topic deserves my energy.”
