Texas Serial Bomber, Mark Conditt, Left A Confession Video On His Cellphone Before His Death

The 23-year-old serial bomber that plagued Austin, Texas for the past three weeks, Mark Conditt, recorded a 25-minute video of himself, confessing to have been responsible for the bombings, before he died in an explosion yesterday.
Texas police chief, Brian Manley, announced in a news conference that before Conditt died after setting off an explosion in his car, he made a lenghty video, found on his cellphone on Thursday morning, where he clearly described the differences between the explosives he used in the attacks.
Manley said: “I would classify this as a confession. As to a motive. We are never going to able to put a reason behind these acts. He does not at all mention anything about terrorism nor does he mention anything about hate. But instead it is the outcry of a very challenged young man talking about challenges in his personal life that led him to this point.”
Manley dimissed any possibility of the video going viral, when he announced that the police had no plans to release the video.
