Afrosoul/highlife singer Teniola Apata aka Teni Makanaki appeared on the show Rubbin Minds as a guest with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu as the host on Channels TV’s, Teni on the show spoke about her music career, her admiration for her older sister and what to expect from her in 2020. 
During the interview, Teni revealed that her sister Niniola was a huge inspiration for while growing up, she helped paved way for in music teaching her some of the finer details to help make her a better singer, before her big break in the music industry. 
The Billionaire singer also spoke about her looks where she said she isn’t bothered about people’s perception of her whether it’s of her being a feminist or not, or how fat she looks, she said all that matters to her is making good music that would make happy and her fans. The music star added that she would be dropping another album this year which will feature her sister Niniola and probably an international artiste.
