Yes, you best believe it because Blacks are winning and taking over, Just 11 months after unveiling his $250m studios and days after being declared a billionaire by Forbes it has come to light that Tyler Perry is building a massive estate that also houses a mini airport. 
According to TMZ, Tyler Perry is building a 35,000-square-foot estate on 1,200 acres near Atlanta. The property includes a grand entrance to the property, an enormous lap pool, and what appears to be a runway for his private jet.

The African-American actor/filmmaker unveiled his $250m studios October 2019, where he had a lot of star power present at his unveiling, he had Oprah Winfrey, Samuel L. Jackson, Denzel Washington and many more at the event. The studio is the first-ever fully black-owned film studio located In America, Atlanta, Georgia.
Tyler recently joins the elite group of Black entertainment mogul’s to worth at over a billion-dollar, the list includes Kanye West, Jay Z, Oprah Winfrey, Sean Diddy Combs and more.
