The Sudanese security operatives have announced that they have successfully arrested the woman responsible for killing an Immigration Attaché at the Nigerian embassy in Khartoum.
The Nigerian diplomat, Habibu Almu, Assistant Comptroller of Immigration, was found stabbed to death at his home in the Sudanese capital city of Khartoum last week.
In a press statement released on Sunday, the Sudanese authorities announced that they have successfully “arrested the offender, a foreign woman who committed the crime”. They further confirmed that she confessed to the murder of the diplomat and that she also stole his possessions.
