Media personality Toke Makinwa is dropping some wisdom nuggets for her fans and followers about learning to cover for their friends and not sell them out because of social media., The TV star shared that a true friend should never offer advice to their friends on social media especially when they can reach out to them in person or privately.
She explained that if there is ever a scandal about her on social media she would expect her friends to speak to her privately and not run opinion polls on social media like the rest of the entertainment industry. Toke further shared that friends can disagree, fight and call each other out in private but they should never air or share nasty thoughts about each other on social media.
The OAP explained that this generation is obsessed with social media so they have forgotten about friendship boundaries and rules which says that friends win together, suffer loss together, and go through the storm together.
