South African Police Force Announce Plans To Issue Jacob Zuma A Court Summon On His $2.5 Billion Corruption Charges

The South African Police Force has announced its plans to issue former president, Jacob Zuma, with a court summon relating to $2.5 billion corruption charges levied against him by the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA).
The spokesman of South Africa’s South Africa’s Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation, Hangwani Mulaudzi, told newsmen that the authorities are set to ,kick-start the corruption trial. He said: “We are of the view everything will be finalised soon. Hopefully this week.”
Zuma’s journey from the top political seat in the country to the potential coffers of a court cubicle started after the national ruling party forced him to resign few weeks ago.
