The Soun of Ogbomosho land has rejected the N100m given to him by the Oyo State governor Seyi Makinde to renovate his Palace that was invaded and vandalised by angry youths following the death of #Jimoh Isiaq. 
The 21-year-old Jimoh Isiaq was a peaceful protester that was killed some 14-days ago in Ogbomosho Oyo State, during the #EndSARS protest. The Monarch Oba Oladunni Oyewumi Ajagunbade III, in an official statement, rejected the pledge by the State Governor stating that the down payment already made of N10m is enough, rather the governor should use the remaining money of N90m should be invested and used to empower the youths of Ogbomosho.
He stated that the remaining N90m should be used to bring meaningful development to would have a direct impact on the youths of Ogbomosho. Read the official statement and letter by the Soun Of Ogbomosho land to the Oyo State gov’t, below;
