Controversial relationship expert Blessing Okoro has come out to counter the popular claim that social media destroys relationships. The social media sensation in two posts shared on her Instagram page addressed her stance stating that the issues that destroy relationships are not revealed through social media posts.
She said trying to constantly impress people who don’t matter contributes to its destruction. The Instagram celebrity said a lot of people should leave Instagram alone and marry for the right reasons. Blessing stated that what people show the public is what they will accept and a lot of times people feed social media with big lies about their marriage and relationships.
She further explained that social media has very little power over a solid and strong relationship so people shouldn’t blame the internet for their failures. The relationship counselor stated that many times social media users can see through the lie but keep quiet and let couples deceive themselves.
