So Sad! World Oldest Monarch, Chief Jeremiah Akaava Dies At 116

The oldest Monarch in the world, Chief Jeremiah Akaava, the Obobanyi of Ohionwa has been prounounced dead. Akaava who ruled for 36 years is said to have died in his home in Ihima, Okehi Local Government, Kogi state. Chief Akaava is widely known as the oldest monarch in the world. A statement issued by the Ohionwa clan in Lokoja on Saturday, April 27th said the monarch died in the late hours of Friday and had since been buried.
