Veteran singer and the pioneer of Afrojuju music, Sir Shina Peters has been ordained as a bishop at Cherubim and Seraphim Church in Lagos.
The Afrojuju crooner was ordained over the weekend at a church around the Iju area of Lagos on Sunday, January 31.
The father of 6, took to his Instagram page to announce his latest feat, with referring to himself as the “bishop with the swagger”.
Sharing a video from his ordination on Instagram, Peters wrote;
‘‘Bishop with the swagger. God above all.”
