Singer Simi is asking about the importance of the Formal education and getting a degree if a lot of people eventually abandon them to chase other passions. The singer took to her Insta story to ask if the formal education is still important when it doesn’t serve its initial purpose.
Simi explained that a lot of people spend years learning something they don’t care about and they abandon it to pursue their passion. According to her a lot of people can’t remember what they learnt in school after spending years learning the same thing. She added that people have “potential and talent” but do not tap them because they spend many years in school learning something they don’t care about.
