Nollywood actor Akah Nnani has taken to social media to address his colleagues over the forthcoming elections. The TV star took to his Instagram page to address them as he reacted to clips of Timi Dakolo performing at Atiku Abubakar’s inauguration ceremony a few days ago.
The clip of the singer performing at the event sparked up a lot of reactions online as many noted that celebrities only care about their pocket and not their fans or the masses. Akah shared that any celebrity who prays, sings at a political event has endorsed the candidate. He shared that many entertainers cannot take their work lightly at this point as they must be willing to walk with posterity.
The father of one said sometimes it’s hard to turn down the money but it’s a must as they must decide what side they are on whether it is the side of the government or the side of the people fighting for a better system.
