An NGO boss has revealed that gang in London, England are forcing girls as young as 12 to have sex with up to 10 twisted thugs in a row. As the city reels from record-breaking murder rates – with many killings believed to be gang related – a youth violence expert said young girls are effectively being forced into prostitution by fearsome criminals. They are even ranked in a hierarchy that dictates how they are perceived and treated by male gang abusers.
Jennifer Blake, a former UK Home Office adviser and an ex-gang member, said girls in the lowest rung are known as “line-ups”. They are expected to sleep with several men who call themselves their boyfriends – and if they fall pregnant they are abandoned. And even if they gain more respect from their gangster thugs by committing crimes they will still be expected to sleep with smaller groups of senior underworld bosses.
Ms Blake said the girls are brainwashed into doing “anything” for gang members. They are even used as mules to stash and transport drugs and weapons — and are regularly beaten, raped and degraded.
She identified a five-tier system for female gang members:
- “Line-ups”. They are the lowest tier and are forced to sleep with multiple gang members
- “Links”. They are again expected to sleep with more than one man, usually a senior figure and his friends
- “Baby mothers”. Women who have become pregnant through a gang member. They are cut off from the group
- “Girls”. They have loose relationships with gang members and are allowed more independence
- “Wifeys”. They are at the top level, and are treated as girlfriends
Detailing the depraved treatment of girls by Brit gangs, Ms Blake told the paper: “If the girls are line-up, there could be 10 men. The men literally line up. The youngest girls I’ve dealt with who have been links and line-ups are 12. We reported the matter to the authorities.” She added: “Even if the men know the girls are younger, they like them because they’re more naive”.
