Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde has fired one of his assistants for passing a false message across to the public, ascribing Babajide’s Sanwo-Olu project to the State.
Adigun Ibadan took to Facebook to announce that Oyo State has purchased disinfecting machines in a bid to combat COVID-19. Meanwhile, the pictures he used with the post is that which Sanwo-Olu shared on his Twitter as the machines Lagos State got for Lagos’ disinfection.Reacting to the report, Seyi Makinde, in a letter signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Olubamiwo Adeosun fired the SA Digital Media. Adigun Ibadan further took to Facebook to blame his sack on his enemies from APC, revealing that his account was hacked as at the time the information was passed. “APC agent of darkness that hacked my Facebook account to disseminate this false information about the Oyo State Government yesterday won’t escape the hand of the law. You called for it and you’ve gotten it… Thanks to everybody that contributed to my downfall“, he wrote.
