The Italian Serie A has hosted a lot of fantastic African footballers who have gone ahead to win the scudetto with their teams and held individual records.

Kevin-Prince Boateng
The Ghanaian midfielder had two seasons with AC Milan as his best season was the 2010-2011 season with the Rossoneri.
He went on to win the Scudetto and the Italian Super Cup.
Medhi Benatia
Medhi Benatia enjoyed a fine career playing for top clubs like AS Roma, Bayern Munich and Juventus.

Kwadwo Asamoah

He spent time with Cagliari and Internazionale since leaving Juve.
Sulley Muntari
The Ghanaian midfielder had spells at both Ac Milan and Inter Milan winning a total of two scudetto titles.

George Weah
George Weah was a true talent that graced the Serie A being the only African player to have won the Ballon d’Or.
Samuel Eto’o
A move to Internazionale brought further success under Mourinho, and Eto’o would add another Champions League title to his records haul with the Nerazzurri in 2010.
Victor Osimhen
Victor Osimhen becomes the latest African player ruling the Serie A after helping his club clinch their first Scudetto in 33 years.
He has also broken George Weah’s record of 46 goals when he scored his 47th goal against Fiorentina to become the highest African goal scorer.
