Minister of Information commissions bore hole projects in Katsina

Following a photo that went viral on social media, it appears the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed commissioned a borehole project in Katsina state.
According to report,Nigerian minister of information Lai Muhammed and the APC Government reportedly commissioned borehole project completed by Buhari in Sabke, Dutsi and Mashi in Katsina.
