It is no gainsaying that fashion and the Oscars go hand in hand. And one particular outfit is trending on social media.
American Olympic medallist and figure skater Adam Rippon was one of the first people to arrive on the red carpet in an unconventional outfit. Along with a suit he was wearing a Jeremy Scott harness, which was perhaps a nod to the Fifty Shades franchise.
Adam, 28, certainly didn’t hold back in the sartorial stakes, making quite the statement in a bondage-inspired suit, as he arrived at the 2018 Academy Awards alongside his fellow figure skating favourite Mirai, 24, who looked ravishing in blue lace. Making a move away from the latex looks he models while out on the ice, Adam instead wore a unique Moschino suit jacket that featured a leather harness.
