Governor Sanwo-Olu has presented the 2021 budget themed the Budget of Rekindled Hope to the State House of Assembly today 11th November.
The State, via its Twitter handle had announced this on Monday and the House of Assembly gave a report following the appearance of the Governor.

While presenting the Budget estimated to the tune of N1,155,022,413,005.82kobo, the Governor announced his intention, through executive bill, to REPEAL the Public Office Holder (Payment of Pension Law 2007), which provides for payment of pension & other entitlements to former Governors and their Deputies.

The budget in furtherance, focuses on advancing the T.H.E.M.E.S. Agenda of the State Government, which represents Traffic Management and Transportation; Health and Environment; Education and Technology; Making Lagos a 21st Century state; Security and Governance.
