President Vladimir Putin reminded the football globe of his football skills on Thursday as he kicked the ball together with FIFA President, Gianni Infantino and some junior players when he visited the World Cup football park in Red Square.
The Russian president displayed his impressive football skills at the park as he was joined on the pitch by the leader of the top football governing body in the world and some young promising stars.
Mr. Infantino passed the ball to Putin, who in turn tried to put the ball in the net, but the goalkeeper stopped the Russian president from scoring a much deserved goal.
Some other football stars also graced the park to play a friendly match with the kids. They include: former Real Madrid keeper, Iker Casillas and Barcelona’s center back, Carles Puyol.
