 English singer Rita Ora had eyes popping as she arrived for the signing of her new album Phoenix in Liverpool on Friday. The singer dazzled in a Grecian-inspired gown one-shoulder gown which flaunted her slender frame as she posed up a storm with copies of her new album. The gown featured a statement flared sleeve with crystal detail and a ruched waist. Rita styled her blonde locks in bouncy waves and finished off with smoky shadow, feline flicks of liner and a peach gloss.
