A lot of things happened this weekend that garnered a lot of reactions and more reactions are still coming. The death of Sylvester Oromoni is still a buzz as fans and celebrities alike are crying for justice in every ramification. The news of the death of 12-year-old Dowen College student broke, when his cousin Perri took to social media to announce his death.
Meanwhile a few days before that time, Perri dropped a post stating that his cousin, Sylvester was beaten by some senior students, because he didn’t want to join a cult. Perri also dropped a video which showed the state that Sylvester was in when right before he died. Over the weekend, celebrities like 2baba, Toke Makinwa, Kate Henshaw, Lynda Clems, Iyabo Ojo, Tacha, Caroline Danjuma, and many more, have dropped their two cents, all calling for justice for Sylvester. So far the Police have stated that they have commenced investigation but no body has been arrested so far.

Dowen College has been sealed while investigation is ongoing. This case is one that really touches the heart of many, because of how young he was. On another note journalist Kemi Olunloyo came out to say that DJ Switch should be arrested for destabilizing Lagos state, as a result of the Endsars, Lekki Tollgate killings.
Actress Ruth Kadiri replied saying that she is a bully who loves to bully people. The actress further stated that she has been dragging DJ Swicth for year but she can’t try that with her.This caused a lot of reactions from people, and Kemi Olunloyo came out to say that she doesn’t even know who Ruth Kadiri is, and she should be careful the way she speaks about her.
Fast rising actress Chioma Grace Ifemeludike did not keep quiet following this, as she stated that the controversial journalist should keep the name, Ruth Kadiri out of her mouth, and she should stop rubing the name of DJ Switch in the mud, because she is a hero to many.
Still on the same weekend, actress Kate Henshaw slammed people who were tagging her, saying that she hasn’t commented on the Sylvester’s case while other celebrities have spoken. The actress didn’t take this lightly, and she slammed every one tagging her. She also pointed out that she is always speaking up and people don’t see that.
Kate Henshaw further pointed out that they should go, and tag their favs who speak when it is favourable for them. But she will always speak her mind no matter who is involved. As soon as she dropped this video, Ubi Franklin replied, like she was speaking to him directly.
The blogger stated that Kate Henshaw is close to the owners of Dowen College, and that is why he is calling her out. The two of them were just calling out each other, and people were like they want justice for Syvester and not two celebrities creating a distraction.

Another celebrity who spoke out this weekend was, Big Brother Naija star Khloe as she revealed how she was harrased and assaulted by an NDLEA official at the airport. Following this, the NDLEA clapped back saying that the reality TV star who came late to the airport started to haul insults at the officer doing her job, because she didn’t want to miss her flight.
They also stated that it is wrong to record an officer while performing her duties which BBNaija Khloe did, and the officer seized her phone, and this got the reality TV star angry, plus the fact that she was late for flight. Because of this, she missed her flight, and she took to social media to call out the NDLEA asking for further investiagtion, because she claims that they broke her nail. Again another matter celebrities have been commenting on is the unfair impose of travel ban on Nigeria by the UK, because of the Omicron variant discovered in Nigeria. A lot of people have stated that there are other white countries that this variant have been found, but they didn’t ban them. Many like Beverly Naya have called this nothing but racism.
