Real Madrid is currently on the brink of signing Everton manager Carlo Ancelloti. Following the resignation of Zinedine Zidane, the Los Blancos have been on the search for a new manager and Florentino Perez sees the 61-year-old Italian as a suitable replacement.
The ex-French International ended another spell as manager in Real Madrid last week after going trophyless in the 2020-2021 campaign. Some of the candidates for the spots are the likes of Mauricio Pochettino, Goncales Raul, and Antonio Conte.
However, it looks like Carlo Ancelloti who is currently the manager at Everton is winning the race as the Los Blancos see him as the right candidate. Former Manager Zinedine Zidane worked as an Assistant Manager to Carlo Ancelloti in 2014. This should be a piece of good news for Real Madrid fans all over the world.
Carlo Ancelloti managed Real Madrid to a domestic double by winning the historic La Decima in the champions league and Copa Del Rey respectively in 2014.
