Jamaican Retired Sprinter Usain Bolt Tests Positive For COVID-19

Jamaican retired 100 meters and 200 meters Olympic record holder Usain Bolt has reportedly tested positive for the deadly COVID19 virus after attending a party that also had Manchester City and England winger, Raheem Sterling, in attendance. Usain Bolt

According to Nationwide Radio XJ, the former sprinter took a COVID19 test and his results came back positive on Sunday, August 23.

Usain Bolt who celebrated his 34th birthday with a lavish surprise birthday bash last which had in attendance also Bayer Leverkusen’s Leon Bailey apart from Raheem sterling. Attendees at the party have been advised to undergo the COVID19 tests and self-isolate.

Local media had accused Usain and his partner of breaching the COVID19 guidelines after photos from the event surfaced online with those at the party seen not using protective gears nor any type of PPE’s
