Rape Saga: Court Summons Busola Dakolo And Biodun Fatoyinbo

The senior pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Biodun Fatoyinbo and his rape accuser, Timi Dakolo’s wife, Busola Dakolo has been summoned by the Federal High Court Abuja to appear before it within 14 days.

This was after Busola filed a case against Busola Dakolo for allegedly raping her while she was 17 years old. Recall that we earlier reported that Busola shared this in an explosive interview in June where she revealed how she was allegedly raped multiple times as a teenager by the pastor in Ilorin, Kwara state. Biodun Fatoyinvo was questioned by the police led by Assistant Commissioner of Police, Adaku Anya at the Force Criminal Investigation Department, Garki Area 10, Abuja. The outcome of the investigation was not shared to the public but Fatoyinbo has since denied the allegations levied against him by Busola Dakolo. Defending himself Fatoyinbo shared that Busola was trying to extort him of his money. Recall that before Busola Dakolo, Ese Walter accused the senior pastor of “charming” her and making his way with her.
