Paris Saint-Germain have launched an audacious attempt to sign Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland to replace the outgoing Kylian Mbappe.
The Frenchman is on the verge of completing a sensational move to Real Madrid and the Ligue 1 club are attempting to replace him with an extraordinary move for Haaland.

That is according to multiple media reports, that claim that the Norwegian goal-scoring sensation has been identified by PSG to replace Mbappe in what would be an incredible deal.
The French club have made contact with Haaland’s agent Mino Raiola regarding the potential of a last-minute transfer having received a second bid from Madrid for Mbappe – thought to be in the region of £145million.
Haaland joined the German club from Red Bull Salzburg in January 2020 and has a £64million release clause that is due to kick in during 2022 – two years after he moved to the Bundesliga.

Any transfer deal this summer would require a significantly higher fee – one that could even surpass the valuation of Mbappe’s impending move to the Spanish capital.
