20. Mr Funny
Born on the 30th of January, 1995, Mr Funny better known as Oga Sabinus is a Nigerian popular comedian and entertainer. He is probably one of the funniest names in the industry right now, and he doesn’t need an intro. Oga Sabinus is popular for his skits revolving around getting into trouble. He hails from and was born in Port Harcourt, River States. Emmanuel Chukwuemeka Ejekwu had his early education in Rivers States, and has a degree in Linguistics and Communication Studies from the University of Port Harcourt. He is an actor and comedian, and has starred in a good number of movies. He received The Creative Social Media category award in 2021 from DENSA.

Comedian and social media personality who is predominantly recognized for his alter ego character Mama Tobi. He’s frequently posted sketch comedy bits on his oluwakaponeski Instagram account, where he’s has amassed more than 240,000 followers. Oluwatobi Adeshina Onibatedo is a well known Comedian. The Tik-Tok queen whose real name is Onyekwelu Jennifer Ebere, also known as jennifrank29 on Tik-Tok, is a Nigerian lady, one of those who rose to fame as a result of an online challenge. She is often referred to as the queen of the slowmochallenge that trended on Tik-Tok last year. She emerged as the winner of the challenge and has since then been dropping super cute videos showing her creativity in different ramifications. This platform has enabled her to garner thousands of followers on her other social media platforms and she has become an influencer for several brands. Segilola Ogidan is a Nigerian actress and producer who is most popularly known for her role as Tonye in The Men’s Club. Segilola attended Laurel Nursery and Primary School in Isolo, Lagos for her elementary schooling. She proceeded to Vivian Fowler School for Girls in Surulere, Lagos for secondary school. She moved to London and acquired a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Arts from the Royal Holloway University, London then did a Masters in Cinema Studies from the University of Bristol, UK. During her Master’s, she majored in Screen Writing. She was born in Arigidi Akoko, Ondo State in Nigeria to her parents. Her Father’s wish was for her to be a Medical Doctor but she couldn’t do it because she hated hospitals and couldn’t stand blood.  She is a Christian and developed a passion for acting because of the roles she played in church plays. The talented actress is married with two children. She often speaks of how difficult it is to juggle being married with kids and also handling her job expertly. Her career began when she decided to start training professionally for a career in film. After school, she did a lot of internships until she got a job as a development executive at a film sales and distribution company in London. She landed a gig on a series in 2009 for a year and did a few huge theatre films too. She has produced a lot of movies and also acted in quite a number of them since. She recently played a lead role in the movie A Naija Christmas and she was just amazing.

Eso Dike is a versatile actor, rapper, host and TV presenter. he is also a trained lawyer with a few years of practice experience. He makes going up in the world seem so easy and seamless but he is clearly a hardworking man. He wrote his first full rap song at ten years old and while he is a lawyer he has not practiced for a while, even though he knows that it is a profession he can fall back on. Teniola Aladese is a Nigerian actor, producer and casting director. She was born in Lagos State, Nigeria. The sixth child of a family of six children, Teniola studied Mass Communication at Covenant University, Ota, and then went on to build a career in TV and film production. Some of her movies include Finding Hubby, Dry Catfish, Soole and more. Before she became a screen goddess she has been a production manager who has been working behind the scene for Africa Magic for a couple of years. She might be a new face in front of the camera but she is definitely not new in the game.

She has been projected to be Olamide’s record label YBNL’s new Princess and everyone is eager to hear more of her unique sound.

Zinoleesky a Nigerian vocalist and lyricist as of now endorsed to Naira Marley’s record label, Marlian Music Imprint. Born Oniyide Azeez in Lagos State Nigeria and his enthusiasm for music was enlivened by his current circumstance. He is a local of Ogun State, born on the 21st of November 1995 in Lagos state and brought up in Lagos state.  Zinoleesky had his primary school education at Lively Kiddies Nursery and Primary School, Agege prior to continuing to Boys secondary school at Agege, Lagos for his secondary education. Zinoleesky, in an offer to dominate his music, create and participates in different sorts of music fights and freestyles. This was among the things that made the Marlian President see him. One can say that this artist is a fast rising star in Nigeria. As a result of his new record deal in 2019 and from shows and songs he dropped he was able to buy his first and only car in 2019. He expressed his happiness on his Instagram page and was happy not to be jumping cabs again as an upcoming artiste.

Uzor Arukwe is a Nigerian actor, and model whose birthday is on August 6th. He hails from Abia state, and is popularly known for the role he played in Sergeant Tutu, “In Line”, and Countdown; the 2017 movies that brought him to the limelight. He has gone on to show that he is here to stay as he has featured in several more movies including Tanwa Savage, Sugar Rush, Kambili, Prophetess, Hire A WomanThe Set Up and more. Each time he steps on the big screen he reinforces the fact that he is just a bundle of talent.
11. Goya Menor
Bright Goya popularly known as Goya Menor was born on the 4th of May 1993. He is a Nigerian singer, rapper, hype man and MC who hails from Benin, in Edo State, Nigeria. This was where he had his primary and secondary school education, although he is based in Lagos state. The singer did his tertiary studies at Ekpoma, University of Edo State. He holds a Bachelor Degree in sociology, while he started his music career in 2011. Goya became popular after he released Ameno Amapiano (remix) with Nektunez. Though he started singing at an early age, he gained fame from his hit song Ameno and since then he has been on the lips of everyone.

Michael Adebayo was born in 1999 but goes by the stage name Ruger. He is a 21 years old Nigerian singer and songwriter. Ruger was born and bred in Lagos and hails from the Yoruba tribe of Nigeria. The young undergraduate who is in one of the prestigious universities in the southwest came into limelight on the 18th of January, 2020 after being announced as the newly signed artist to D’Prince’s Jonzing World Records. Lekan Osifeso Jnr. popularly known as Lojay is a Nigerian musician, singer, songwriter and performing artist. He gained popularity after he featured Wizkid in his debut EP ‘LV N ATTN’. The singer was born in April 1996 in Lagos and he started his career as a musician at a very young age. He developed interest in music and songwriting. In 2016, Lojay started his career as a professional musician. He released Ariel in October 2019. Lojay featured Sarz in his hit single Tonongo and Monalisa. In June 2021, Lojay released his debut EP ‘LV N ATTN’. The ‘LV N ATTN’ EP featured award winning Nigerian musician Wizkid. Lojay has worked alongside many Nigerian musicians like Wizkid, Sarz, Laime, Hermez and many others.

Chukuwka Ekeani is Ckay’s real name and he is Warner and Chocolate City recording artist. He is an indigene of Anambra state although he was born in Kaduna state, Nigeria. Born on the 16th of June, 1995 he is the crooner of the hit single Love Nwantiti which has been certified gold in the US. His other songs include FelonyContainer and others. He has been featured on several singles and he is likely to bring a Grammy home soon.

Born on the 19th of May, 1997, originally named Daniel Benson, Buju is a fast-rising Nigerian Afro-Fusion singer, songwriter, and pianist. He is an exception who has won hearts all over the country with his unforgettable tunes. BujuToyourEars (shortened to Buju) spent his childhood years in Gbagada, with his family later moving away to Ogun State. His young years were pretty typical, and he had had an interest in music since he was little. His mother tragically passed away from cancer. Before her death, she spoke Yoruba to her son, which helped him learn the language. Nonetheless, he is not a Yoruba. He came up with his stage name, inspired by Jamaican recording artist Buju Banton. He gave special meaning to the name by coining the acronym – Beauty Underneath Just Understood. The fast-rising star came into limelight fully when he was signed on April 16, 2020, into Burna Boy’s record label, Spaceship Records making him the third act to be signed to the label after Burna Boy and Burna Boy’s sister Nissi Ogulu. He has featured on several git singles with Wizkid, Timaya, Fireboy, and more.

The Zazu Zey crooner was born Habeeb Okikiola in Abeokuta, Ogun state. He is currently 27 years old and is here to take the Nigerian music industry to the next level. Portable is the father of two boys, mafias as he calls them, from two different women. His meeting with the street-king, Olamide brought him into limelight as Olamide featured on his first single, Zazu Zey. In terms of material possessions, the singer was gifted two cars recently and he is currently cashing out with his various events.
5. The Cavemen
The Cavemen are a Nigerian highlife band consisting of sibling duo Kingsley Okorie, a bassist and Benjamin James, a drummer. They were discovered by Lady Donli and are known for their live performances. They won the 2020 Headies Award for the Best Alternative Album. The Cavemen are natives of Orlu, Imo state and started out as choristers. Kingsley earned a law degree from Babcock University and Nigerian Law Nui School’s Kano campus. Benjamin however attended Peter King College of Music, Badagry Lagos. They released their debut single, ”Osondu” in 2020 and released their debut album, Roots in August, 2020. The album was recorded in their living room and was fully produced by them. They also produced 11 of the songs on Lady Donli’s Enjoy Your Life album who in turn was a co-executive producer on Roots. Recording of their sophomore album is completed and scheduled to be released in 2021. The album is set to feature Cobhams Asuquo. The Cavemen were officially formed in March 2018 and they stylized their band name with a dot to avoid lawsuits from a New Zealand artiste with the trademarked name.

4. Jidekene Achufusi
Jidekene Achufusi, commonly known by his stage name Swanky JKA, is one of the most talented Nollywood actors. Swanky has starred in several notable Nollywood movies where he has played a lead role in some of them. He is known for films such as Lionheart, (2018), Pretty Little Thing (2017), and Living in BondageBreaking Free (2019) among others.  Jide Kene was born on 17th October 1991 in Enugu, Nigeria. His full name is Jideofor Kenechukwu Achufusi. He went to Watchman Owned Secondary school in Imo State. Later on, he enrolled at Enugu State University of Science and Technology. He took a degree in Geology and Geography. Jide has been in the entertainment industry for several years. During that period, he has featured in more than ten films for Ernest Obi and played a lead role in Poka Messiah. His breakthrough in acting came in 2019 when Charles Okpaleke was in search of a fresh face in his movie. Swanky JKA was given the lead role in the sequel to the 1992/1993 classic Living in Bondage: Break Free. Jide played as Nnamdi Okeke in the drama thriller directed by Ramsey Naouh and produced by Charles Okpaleke. Before joining the acting world, Jide did some modeling. At some point in his life, he contested for Mr Ideal Nigeria, where he finished at position six among the 40 finalists.

3. Adebukola Oladipupo
Adebukola Oladipupo or Bukola Oladipupo was born on the 23rd of May 23, 1994 and she  is a Nigerian actress who debuted on MTV Shuga. Oladipupo was born in London but educated in Lagos. She has two siblings. Oladipupo had her primary education in Bellina Nursery and Primary School Akoka, Lagos. She also attended Babcock High School and Caleb International School for her secondary education. She studied Management Information Systems at Covenant University and also studied drama in other courses. The actress’ inspiration to go into acting came when she was still an undergraduate at Covenant University during a church service when the pastor told them to turn their talent into skills. She successfully auditioned for MTV Shuga in 2015 where she was given what became the continuing role of “Faa”. She puts her success down to the media mogul Mo Abudu who taught her to have self-belief. In 2015 she appeared in the first season of IndigoInevitable and The Other Me. In 2017 she appeared in the film Missing as the secretary playing herself.
