“I intend to help create impact in people’s lives,” he told The Wall Street Journal, which first reported the news.

He added: “Proactive coaching provides endless possibilities for personal development, increased awareness, and an all-round better life.”

Harry has spoken on several occasions about his own personal struggle to come to terms with the sudden death of his mother Diana, Princess of Wales, when he was 12.

He previously disclosed how he sought professional help after spending almost two decades “not thinking” about his mother’s death as he “shut down all his emotions”.

Harry again opened up about Diana’s death in the foreword of a new book, Hospital by the Hill, which is aimed at children of health workers who have died during the coronavirus pandemic.

Earlier this year, Harry and his wife Meghan Markle confirmed they would not be returning as working members of the royal family.

Buckingham Palace said the pair’s responsibilities and duties, such as honorary military appointments and royal patronages, would be returned to the Queen and then shared among working members of the royals.

The couple announced their decision to step back from their duties in January last year, saying they would be beginning a new life as financially independent royals.

They formally stepped down as senior members of the royal family on 1 April last year and have since given up the use of their royal titles and relocated from London to California with their son Archie.

Since then, the Sussexes have signed deals with Spotify and Netflix estimated to be worth more than £100m.

In February of this year, the couple announced they were expecting their second child, before revealing they were having a girl during an interview with Oprah Winfrey earlier this month.Photo Credit: Getty
