The Pressure For Under 30s To Succeed Is Unnecessary – Jason Njoku

Nigerian businessman and founder of Iroko TV, Jason Njoku has faulted the pressure placed on young people below 30 years of age, saying it is unnecessary and strange.

Jason Njoku said this in a tweet he put out on the suspended microblogging site, recounting how he was dead broke with zero assets when he was 30.Jason Njoku

According to him, he had 10 failures to his name at the time he was 30 and was even living at his mother’s house and only had himself, his fairly used desktop system and his business Iroko TV. Adding that he had no girlfriend at the time too, Jason Njoku said he enjoyed those days which he called the early years in the world.

“The pressure for <30yo to succeed these days is so strange. So unnecessary. At 30 I was died broke living at my Mum’shouse. No girlfriend & zero assets.
