The Presidency debunks rumor of former Oyo State governor Sen. Abiola Ajimobi set to replace ill Chief Of Staff Abba Kyari who has been admitted for treatment in Lagos for deadly novel Coronavirus. 
The report had alleged been making rounds on Whatsapp groups which were later published on Social media, but the Presidency via the handle of Bashir Ahmed slams the report claiming it is another fake news, publish yet to sow another seed of contempt and deceit.
The message read in part
“The termination of the appointment of Abba Kyari took immediate effect. And the President has appointed Ajimobi as New COS. The President ordered Abba Kyari to step down as Chief of Staff due to his health challenge.’’
Taking to his Twitter handle to react, Ahmad wrote
”Yet another fake news started trending on some WhatsApp groups that ‘President @MBuhari sacked Mallam Abba Kyari and replaced him with former Gov. Abiola Ajimobi’, disregard and dishonour it, entirely untrue!’’
