Following his plane going off the radar at the north of Alderney at Les Casquets on Monday, fans of Argentine striker, Emiliano Sala have gathered in the Nantes city center to pay tribute to him. The 28-year-old footballer who recently signed and completed a deal with Cardiff City for £15million boarded a single-engine Piper PA-46 Malibu plane to join his new teammates when he went missing at 8:23pm on Monday. According to unconfirmed reports, the plane had difficulty taking off and took ‘three or four’ attempts before flying at 7.15pm.
