 Popular Italian footballer Federico Zini has been found dead. Zini was found dead alongside his ex-girlfriend after a suspected murder-suicide. The 25-year-old Zini who played for Serie D side Tuttocuoio, reportedly shot his 30-year-old ex- girlfriend Elisa Amato after they engaged in a violent dispute before taking his own life, police said. Their bodies were found inside Zini’s car at San Miniato, near Pisa in Tuscany on Saturday morning.
 Speaking with Gazzetta Dello Sport, Police said; “It was a murder-suicide.” Zini who was a Striker was seen as a promising young footballer in Italy at the start if his career at Tuscany club Empoli.
