Polygamy Is A Problem To Our Education Standards – Emir of Anka

The Emir of Anka and Chairman, Zamfara State Council of Chiefs, Alhaji Attahiru Muhammad Ahmed, has blamed the poor standards of education in Nigeria on polygamous marriage.
Emir Attahiru has always antagonised polygamy, and usually cautions low income earners against marrying more than one wife.Speaking again during a meeting with the 17 Emirs of the State and the Chairman, Zamfara State Universal Education Board, Alhaji Abubakar Aliyu Maradun in the state capital, he named polygamy as a big problem to the education system.
