Police Stops Abuja Residents From Looting As Another COVID-19 Palliatives Store Is Found

Another store where COVID-19 palliatives are hoarded have reportedly been found in Abuja, and the Nigerian Police is resisting the loot even before it began.
This is coming after same was found in 2 locations in Lagos (Ikorodu and Maza Maza), Ekiti, Ondo, Osun and Calabar States.
According to popular Instagram blogger Instablog, mob of people had gathered at the Abuja palliatives hideout but loads police officers have been dispatched to put an end to it. “A COVID-19 palliatives warehouse has been discovered in Abuja and a mob has gathered itching to clench the items, but loads of police officers have already been dispatched, putting an end to it before it even began”, the blog reported.

Likewise, soldiers of the Nigerian Army have also reportedly intervened in the looting of another warehouse discovered in Benin in the early hours of this morning, dispersing the mob who had started looting with gunshots. Reports have it that a woman had been hit by bullet.
