Oman Police Says No “Criminal Suspicion” In Avicii Death

Swedish DJ, Avicii’s death is not related to any criminal activity, Oman police confirm.

The cop revealed that two post-mortem examinations had been conducted and “we absolutely confirmed that there is no criminal suspicion of death.”

Avicii was found dead in Muscat, Oman on Friday afternoon, aged 28. His death comes just days after he was nominated for a Billboard Music Award for top dance/electronic album for his EP Avicii (01).

Avicii was best known for his singles “Hey Brother,” and “Wake Me Up,” which has generated over one billion YouTube views.
