Beating Continues Till 2023! Nigerians Reacts To Channels TV’s Wife Beater And Wife’s Reconciliation

Nigerians have reacted to the reconciliation of the wife beating Channels Television, Benue reporter, Pius Angbo with his battered wife of 6 years, Ifeyinwa Angbo,
Ifeyinwa had called her husband out on social media, noting that she has not known peace in their years of marriage due to her adulterous nature and physical assault, recalling how he would strangle and sit on her stomach, during pregnancy and after her Ceaseran Section.
Governor Ortom of Benue State and his wife, however, intervened and reconciled the husband to his wife. He had counselled them to always settle their differences amicably and shun the temptation of engaging in violence. While Pius Angbo apologised to the entire womenfolk, promising to make amends going forward, his wife accepted, saying their kids are still tender.

The sound of reconciliation, however, did not go down well with Nigerians as many are of the opinion that the man is only sober because he was brought to limelight, and the abuse will continue going forward.
