Talent manager, Mike Premium has silenced Peter Okoye for saying that Seun Kuti has ‘erased his father’s history’.
This is the latest on the banter that started yesterday, where Seun Kuti called the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi an ‘Opportunist’. Peter Okoye had came out to reprimand Seun Kuti for his remark, saying Seun Kuti just washed his father’s history with the comment he made.

This however didn’t settle well with the talent manager, Mike Premium as he called out Peter Okoye for dragging the legendary Fela Anikulapo Kuti’s name in the issue. According to him, he said Peter Okoye is dumb for making such a ridiculous comment concerning the music icon. He maintained that what Fela Anikulapo has done can never be erased from history.
“@peterpsquare you are dum • for saying Seun Kuti has erased his father’s name from history. I’ve always known you to be dumb. What Fela did can never be erased and it’s not bad for people to have their own view when it comes to politics. U wey dey give free ticket to resurrect ur dead career.”
Peter Okoye wasted no time in replying Mike Premium. In a post shared via his Insta-tory, Peter revealed that Mike was only speaking out of “frustration”. He advised him to learn from his nephew, Made Kuti, who is “well-guided and clean”.
“Dude,l understand your frustration. But realize that the sky is big enough for all birds to fly. @burnaboy and other great artistes have climbed on our great Fela’s ladder to blow. Comport your self and pray to your god. My God has blessed my destiny & i’ll 4ever remain thankful. I’ll surely keep you in my prayers. Learn from your nephew @Madekuti cos he is well guided and clean.“
