Pete Buttigieg Dropped Out of Race, Endorses Former VP Joe Biden

Pete Buttigieg a 38-year-old former mayor of South Bend has withdrawn his candidacy to run in the US presidential race within the Democratic party after losing considerably in the last 2 caucus election consecutively at Nevada and South Carolina which it’s believed would help boost the candidacy of former Vice-President Joe Biden. Pete Buttigieg shot to prominence after his shock victory in the Democratic party’s Iowa caucus primary elections and came very close to nicking it as 2nd at New Hampshire primaries. But the 38-year-old pulled out of the race after his campaign trailer momentum and started to slow down. Buttigieg withdrawal now leaves Socialist Bernie Sanders, former Vice President Joe Biden, Mike Bloomberg, Klobuchar and Elizabeth Warren to slug it out for the Democrats ticket just barely a day before the “Super Tuesday” the Democratic Party’s biggest day of nominations to represent the party in it’s bid to wrestle power back Donald Trump of the Republican party.

Pete Buttigieg, is a former two-term mayor of South Bend, Indiana, is an Afghanistan war veteran and was the first openly gay candidate to make a run for the White House. Buttigieg campaign trailer had quite a followership where he was able to canvass huge support for himself in the rural areas that are mostly white-dominated but lost grounds in the more diverse stated of Nevada and South Carolina. he finished a distant third in the Nevada caucuses, Buttigieg came in fourth on Saturday in South Carolina, where he won support from just 3% of African-American voters.
