Chairman of the caretaker committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Senator Ahmed Makarfi has survived an auto crash on the Abuja-Kaduna expressway. This was made known in a statement by the National Publicity Secretary of the PDP, Mr Dayo Adeyeye, who said the incident occurred in the early hours of Friday.
He explained that the vehicle conveying Senator Makarfi was involved in a multiple collision with other vehicles on the expressway. He added that Senator Makarfi and all other occupants of his vehicle came out unhurt, assuring party members, and supporters that the Party’s caretaker committee chairman is well.
